Position: Marketer Team Lead
Salary:
200,000 – 300,000 Naira
Experience Required: Minimum of 7 years in banking institutions, Micro Finance Banks (MFB), or cooperative societies.
Qualifications: Minimum of first degree, energetic, target-driven, existing cabal, result-oriented, and with proven leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the marketing team’s activities and strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills.
Candidates must reside within Kubwa, Gwarinpa, Die Die axis
Position: Marketer
Salary:
150,000 Naira and above
Experience Required: 2-3 years in marketing for commercial banks, Micro Finance Banks (MFB), or cooperative societies.
Qualifications: Strong communication skills and results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns and track their performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Report on marketing metrics and suggest improvements.
