Gardener in Charge

Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining all outdoor and indoor landscaping areas to ensure a clean, attractive, and welcoming environment that reflects the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all landscaping and horticultural activities across the property
  • Maintain lawns, flowerbeds, trees, and decorative plants
  • Develop seasonal planting and maintenance schedules
  • Manage pest control and plant health
  • Supervise any gardening assistants or external contractors
  • Ensure all outdoor areas remain clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing
  • Monitor inventory of gardening tools, supplies, and materials
  • Recommend improvements to enhance the restaurant’s ambience

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years Proven experience as a gardener or horticulturist
  • Strong knowledge of plant care, landscaping, and irrigation systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage a small team
  • Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
  • Basic record keeping and inventory management skills

Security Head

Job Summary:
Leads all security operations to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property. Establishes protocols, manages security personnel, and coordinates emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures
  • Supervise and schedule security officers
  • Monitor CCTV, access points, and patrol activities
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend improvements
  • Manage incident reporting and investigations
  • Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required
  • Train staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local safety regulations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of security experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Background in hospitality security is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and security protocols
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and crisismanagement skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Certification in security or related fields is a plus

Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Drives revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Panini Restaurant & Bar’s offerings, including dining, events, and corporate packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and partnerships
  • Promote restaurant services, event packages, and special offerings
  • Maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and vendors
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns
  • Represent the brand at networking events and trade shows

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality  
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Customer focused mindset with excellent relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage

Events Operations Head

Job Summary:
Oversees the planning and execution of all events hosted. Ensures seamless coordination between departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end event operations, from booking to execution
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, service, and security teams
  • Develop event layouts, schedules, and staffing plans
  • Manage event budgets and resource allocation
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Supervise event staff and external vendors
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements
  • Maintain an updated calendar of events and operational workflows

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of event management experience, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of event logistics, décor, and customer service standards
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
