Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Boss.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel logistics, and organize events.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and official documentation.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.
- Support operational activities, including vendor coordination, store visits, and fashion-related tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems; both digital and physical.
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and contracts (where applicable).
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding tasks, and ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline (Law degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional appearance.

- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain product knowledge, including new arrivals, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory, restock items, and support stock-taking activities.
- Assist with merchandising, displays, and promotional setups.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and build brand loyalty.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of BSC/HND; higher qualifications are an advantage.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or clothing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales ability and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer and POS operations.
- Professional appearance and polished customer-facing presentation.
