About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of IT systems, security controls, and governance frameworks within the organization. This role requires strong analytical ability, sound judgment, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute IT audits across systems, networks, and applications.
• Assess internal controls, risk management practices, and data integrity processes.
• Identify system vulnerabilities and recommend practical solutions.
• Review compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity frameworks, and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will ensure optimal database performance, integrity, and availability while supporting business-critical applications and operations. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments, particularly within a banking or financial services context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Monitor database performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Ensure data integrity, backup, and recovery procedures are effectively managed.
• Support database security, access controls, and compliance with IT policies.
• Perform troubleshooting, patch management, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with developers and IT support teams to optimize data-driven applications.

Requirements:

Network Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, configure and maintain LAN, WAN, wireless and VPN networks, including firewalls, routers, switches and other network equipment.
• Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilisation and troubleshoot network issues promptly.
• Implement network security best-practices (segmentation, access controls, intrusion detection/prevention).
• Ensure high availability of network services (failover, redundancy, disaster recovery).
• Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and update changes as required.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for network-related maintenance and upgrades.
• Participate in planning and executing network expansion and migrations.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members and end-users on network usage, policies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years or more) as a Network Administrator or similar role, ideally within a financial/banking environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco (or equivalent) routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers and VPN technologies.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, subnetting, QoS, network monitoring and network security.
• Experience with network documentation, backup strategies and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent will be an advantage.
