Job Summary:

The MD/CEO will spearhead innovation, maintain stakeholder confidence, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks while promoting a performance-driven culture.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive banking or financial services experience, with at least 7 years in executive leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and operational sustainability in a regulated financial environment.
- Strong understanding of CBN regulatory guidelines and microfinance operations.
- Excellent strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A first degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred).
2. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
