Victoria Onyechi Ogaje is an associate Consultant at Mercer Consulting Limited and a Human Resource and Project Management professional with a strong academic and practical foundation. She holds a master’s degree in international Affairs and Diplomacy, a bachelor’s degree in political science, and postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management, Project Management, and Facility Management.

In her current role, Victoria actively supports organizations to strengthen their people management systems through HR operations support, recruitment coordination, policy development, data analysis, trainings and development and performance management advisory.
