Qualifications and Requirements
- BSc degree or its equivalent from any reliable institution
- Minimum of 6 years working experience in a Microfinance/bank and large cooperative with 3 years work experience as Head of Marketing
- Ability to craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative Marketing
- Knowledge of Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
- Ensure bank product and services message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Ability to analyze consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans.
