A cooperative society (MFI) located in Lagos with an intention to grow astronomically within the next 3 years into an MFB is looking for the following qualified persons to fill the available vacancies in the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements
- BSc degree in relevant field from any reliable institution
- Ability to interpret income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statement and financial ratios.
- Ability to spot opportunities and optimize revenue generation for the business
- A thorough knowledge of MFI operation (Cooperative Society)
- A good working knowledge and understanding of behavioural credit scoring principles and practices, including an understanding of all SME product
- Understanding and application of Best Practice in all areas of Operations with the ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Strategy planning and implementation
- Strong planning, organizational and time management abilities
- At least 8 years’ experience in Banking, Cooperative society or MFB
