Vacancy: Fashion Brand Manager

Requirements
Brand Management & Strategy
- Proven experience in developing and implementing brand strategy.
- Ability to identify market trends and adapt the brand’s strategy to capitalize on
opportunities. - Strong understanding of brand consistency across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
- Ability to manage inventory of Brand’s products, shipping, orders, deliveries, etc.
Legal Compliance & Contracts
- Must be a qualified lawyer with experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
and all other official documents needed by the brand. - Deep knowledge of intellectual property law (trademarks, copyrights) within the fashion
industry. - Experience with corporate law and compliance in business operations, particularly within
Nigeria. - Ability to provide legal advice on employment law, vendor agreements, and other business
partnerships. - Ability to assess and mitigate risks related to legal, media, and HR functions.
- Understanding of Corporate Governance and experience working with external advisors to
ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Human Resources & Team Development
- Strong background in HR management, including recruitment, employee development,
and performance management. - Experience in creating and implementing HR policies that foster a positive workplace
culture. - In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and experience handling employee relations.
Media & Marketing Strategy
- Experience in creating and executing digital media strategies (social media, e-commerce,
and website management). - Knowledge of influencer marketing, media partnerships, and public relations.
- Ability to manage content creation and ensure alignment with brand values and goals.
- Proven experience in handling crisis communication and maintaining a positive brand
image
Sales & Business Development
- Strong understanding of sales strategies for the fashion industry, including direct-to-consumer and retail partnerships.
- Experience in developing business partnerships and collaborations with retailers, fashion
events, and other brands. - Ability to manage Brand’s e-commerce operations and align sales strategies with market
trends.
Financial Management & Budgeting
- Knowledge of inventory management and controlling operational costs.
Product Development & Quality Control
- Experience working with fashion designers and manufacturers to ensure product quality
and innovation. - Strong understanding of the design-to-market process and ability to oversee product
development timelines. - Knowledge of quality control standards and ability to resolve operational challenges with
the fashion designers and other third-party contractors.
