Our Client, one of the Biggest commercial farm In Nigeria, has contracted us to Recruit qualified personnel’s for the Smooth running of their operations,the following roles.

  1. WATER PRODUCTION OFFICER

REQUIREMENTS:

  • SSCE or degrees in Science related subjects plus relevant experience in Food or Water packaging company.
  • Look after day to day activity of the Production Line area.
  • Operate Blower, Filler or Shrink Wrapping machine independently.
  • Prepare production record as per system.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Must have knowledge of preform sizes and grammage.
  • Knowledge of Safety legislation relating to Process and packaging equipment
  • Should have good knowledge of processes involved in water production.
  1. JUICE PRODUCTION OFFICER

REQUIREMENTS:

  • He or she must possess a degree/HND in food technology, chemical engineering chemistry, bio chemistry or other related disciplines
  • Relevant experience in Mixing Different fruits
  • Knowledge of food safety Policies
  • Minimum of 3 years’ Cognate experience
  • Should have good knowledge of processes involved in juice production.
  1. GARRI AND STARCH PRODUCTION OFFICER

REQUIREMENTS:

  • He or she must possess a degree/HND in food technology, Agricultural science or other related Disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years’ Cognate experience
  • Should have good knowledge of processes involved in harvesting and production of garri and Starch
  • Knowledge of food safety Policies

 

  1. QUALITY CONTROL ASSURANCE:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ensure all raw material and finished products used conform with set standards and specification.
  • Drive overall hygiene compliance and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Evaluate and improve quality based on trends from customer complaints and internal deviations.
  • Align quality control objective with site requirements and central QA/QC team to maintain product safety, quality, reliability and minimize cost.
  • Develop and implement methods and procedures for monitoring and making recommendations to improve process checks.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience.
  • Experience in a food processing in an added advantage
  • Have knowledge of quality and food safety management
  1. FEED MILL MANGER

REQUIREMENTS

  • He or she must possess 10-15 years Cognate Experience
  • He or she must possess 3-5 years’ experience as a Feed mill manager
  • He or she must possess a degree/HND in food technology, chemical engineering chemistry, bio chemistry or other related disciplines
  • He or she must possess related certifications
  • Knowledge of food safety Policies
  1. RICE MILL MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ensures safe operation of the rice mill.
  • Controls all aspects for rice transfer, handling, milling, bulk storage and packing
  • Manages stock control & reconciliation
  • Ensures optimal use of machines for quality rice production
  • Identifies training needs and develops training plans for the rice milling team
  • Ensures compliance with health & safety standards.
  • Coordinates and controls rice milling processes
  • Draws up production and maintenance schedules
  • Monitors product quality standards.
  • Ensures timely, quality and cost effective production.
  • Plan budget for the rice mill operation.
  • Have considerable knowledge of good management practices (GMP)
  • Degree in Food Science Technology Agriculture science, Crop/food production, Impressive demonstrable track record and an additional skill /experience in Rice Processing /Milling within a similar position(s), at a similar level is a plus.
