Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure high standards of service.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Qualification

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Salary: N450,000

Personal Assistant/Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the management team with administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms.
• Monitor social media interactions and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualification

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.

Salary

N170,000 – N200,000

Kitchen Supervisor/Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Plan and coordinate food preparation and service to meet customer demands.
• Manage inventory levels and place orders for kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
• Assist in menu planning and cost control to optimize profitability.

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or in a similar role within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen management.

Salary: N150,000 – N200,000

Communications/Customer Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback.

• Manage social media platforms and engage with our online community.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring resolution.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback to inform service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service or communications, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.

Salary: N250,000

Cashier

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions with attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
