Mr Olumide has functioned as Managing Consultant, Learning & Development Manager, Senior Consultant, HR Consultant, Business Consultant and Quality Assurance Coordinator
He is a Partner with Organization business leaders and management staff to develop and deliver numerous HR projects and programmes. His clients include companies from the State Governments, Federal Parastatals, Finance, Insurance, ICT, FMCG, Media, Health industries.
He spent a number of years as a Quality Assurance specialist in 2 leading telecommunication giants in Africa and has worked as an Organizational Development Advisor to a leading multinational Marine/EPC company in the Oil & Gas Industry.
At Phillips Consulting he climbed the ladder from the role of a Senior Consultant to the Managing Consultant of the People Transformation practice. Some of his past projects include:
