A reputable Mortgage Bank in Abuja is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Managing Director to lead the organization towards sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This is a leadership role requiring an exceptional individual with at least 15 years of experience in banking, including 5 years in a senior executive position.

Job Summary:

The Managing Director (MD) will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, financial performance, and strategic direction and profitability of the bank. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of banking regulations, risk management, and financial services, ensuring the institution maintains its leadership position in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and drive the bank’s strategic growth objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Lead business development efforts, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and financial partners.
• Drive innovation in mortgage banking products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.

Requirements & Qualifications:
