• Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial institution, with a focus on loan booking and deposit mobilization
• Proven track record of success in marketing and business development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to drive business growth and achieve targets

Marketers

• 0-2 years of experience in loans and deposit mobilization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proactive and results-driven approach to business development

Internal Control Officer

• Reports directly to the Chairman
• Responsible for ensuring internal controls and risk management practices are in place and operating effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Salary and Location Requirements

• Salary range: N250,000 and above
